Quality release

To ensure a quality release, some requirements have to be checked before.

Remove unused files and unused boards.
All source files must comply with the coding guidelines.
Compilation of the BIOS for all boards must succeed, with a minimum number of warnings as possible.

Compilation of all boards must also succeed, with a minimum number of warnings as possible.
Timing requirements must be met for all boards.
Boards must be checked separately with the current BIOS:
- Norton commander, with mouse
- Microsoft Windows
- Lemmings
Building the BIOS must succeed also in Windows
Simulation of the Zet processor with Modelsim must work, as well as simulation with all boards.
In Quartus II, project file:
- Ensure that no design partitions exist in the Quartus II project file and: incremental compilation and SignalTap II analyzer are off.
- Go to menu Project > Organize Quartus II Settings File
