From Zet
I've taken several pictures of the Xilinx ML-403 board with the Zet processor and the whole architecture running. Two floppy 1.44Mb flash images have been loaded:
- One with MS-DOS 6.22 (the last 16-bit version released)
- Another with FreeDOS 1.1 (also the last version released)
As you can see, it begins to work...
MS-DOS 6.22 screenshots
Picture of the board connected to a screen booting MS-DOS 6.22

First MS-DOS 6.22 boot, system is asking for the correct date
| Now, having a simple autoexec.bat file, it shows the MS-DOS prompt
|
Executing the dir command

FreeDOS 1.1 screenshots
Now with a FreeDOS floppy image, system boots and shows the usual prompt
|
It's time now to try the dir command in the FreeDOS system

Do you remember Norton Commander??
